You are warmly welcomed to join the transformational yoga teacher training in one of the most stunning places in South Crete. This 25days / 24 Nights course has been specially designed to understand and experience Yoga in its full depth. This course is open to all students who wish to deepen their knowledge and is designed to build a firm foundation of inner discipline and provide the proficiency to teach yoga to others.

This course is not just a training program but will be a transformational experience.
A typical curriculum includes a deep-dive into asanas, including hands-on assists and differences in anatomy, pranayama techniques, philosophy, and the business of yoga. The programs all spend a significant portion focusing on the spiritual, silent elements of yoga such as pranayama, meditation techniques, mantras, physiology, methodology, philosophy.

Teacher

Angelos Ananda was born in Athens, where he studied theater, journalism and public relations. He is certified 600 RYT Yoga Teacher in India, founder of Angelos Ananda Institute in Athens and member of Yoga Alliance International.
He is also an Ayurvedic nutritionist and educator, a massage therapist, Qigong and dance lover, travelling and teaching worldwide. His studies included healing movement, yoga dance, trauma education and relational life coaching. Angelos Ananda Institute

100-Hour Introductory Yoga Teacher Training

Angelos Ananda Institute welcomes you to explore your yoga journey and deepen your yoga knowledge with this 100 hour yoga training at one of the most beautiful and peaceful yoga destinations in the world.

This training is ideal for those who have limited time, those who want to improve and refresh their practice or those who are not yet sure if they want to become yoga teachers. If you’re interested in deepening your practice while learning more about the path of yoga but you can not commit to 3.5 weeks, then this course is the course for you!

If at any point you would like to upgrade your 100-hour certificate to a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certificate, you can extend your stay (pending availability) or return and complete any of our 200-hour courses at a later date. Please note, a 200-hour yoga training certification is the minimum number of hours required to become an RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher). In other words this certification is not a qualification to teach yoga. This comes with the next 200 hours of yoga teacher training.
